We are looking for you to join our team as: Senior Account Manager in Bavaria or Berlin, Germany Expand customer relationships in the field of cell biology instrumentation, reagents and services Identify business opportunities with existing and new customers Conduct territory business analysis Identify, develop and implement sales strategies, tactics and actions to achieve sales targets Liaise with key executives and stakeholders across pharma, biotech and academic accounts Drive webinars, technology days, exhibitions and participate at conferences Support & coach sales team Completed studies in cell biology or in a related field Several years of experience in sales, ideally including flow cytometry Strong communication and negotiation skills Flexible, self-motivated and results-driven personality Ability to work independently and in a structured manner Willingness to travel up to 70% of working time Fluent in German and English Driver's License An exciting and challenging role within our sales organization Development opportunities in the direction of people leader/sales manager Attractive remuneration and performance-related bonuses Company car also for private use
