Responsibilities

EagleBurgmann is seeking a dynamic Manager of Finance & Controlling for BA North Europe & Turkey (NET) and Southwest Europe & Middle East & Africa (SEMA) Finance team to drive financial excellence and foster sustainable growth. As a Manager of Finance & Controlling, you will play a pivotal role in managing BA Finance projects & the yearly budget process, supporting management's decision-making with detailed analyses and presentations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and collaboration with global teams.
Your Impact:
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the VP Finance & Controlling NET & SEMA, while acting as an interface to Finance Directors & Managers of BA Legal entities, Managers of related departments and to the shared service Center in Romania in order to come up with state of the art analytics, reporting and processes in BA NET & SEMA.
Project Management: Manage optimization projects in Finance and beyond as well as yearly budget process for Business Area NET & SEMA.
Analytical Expertise: Perform ad-hoc analysis, financial projections (planning, budgeting, and forecasting), investment prioritization, consolidating comments from local entities for reporting to C-Level and to drive fact-based financial decision-making
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare presentations and business cases to support management's decision-making, manage the monthly financial performance reporting process to the NET & SEMA management team, and establish professional standard reports in cooperation with SSC and Corporate Controlling.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Controlling.
Relevant experience in complex international matrix structures.
Possess excellent SAP (S4, ByD, Cloud) and Hyperion knowledge, with outstanding proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in (written and spoken) German & English.
