  • Overall logistics company management (negotiation, meeting, report, document, etc.)
  • Logistics operation efficiency management, such as delivery, inventory, and delivery route improvement management
  • Logistics data analysis (cost, lead time, quantity, warehouse location, route), process improvement, logistics cost reduction, logistics problem finding and solution planning
  • Follow-up and cooperation with head office tasks
  • Establish logistics operation plan (KPI establishment and management, operation strategy, etc.)
  • Respond to logistics qualification and certification audit
  • Claim & Insurance Management
  • Master data implementation & control
  • Improve and manage import procedures/duties
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
  • Ten years of related logistics planning experience (preferably in a logistics company)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, preferably in "Logistics/Supply Chain Management". Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of other operational areas such as manufacturing, warehouse operations, procurement, import and export handling
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including data and analysis skills
  • Accountability and autonomy; financial and business acumen; project management skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively at various levels of management, including our headquarters.
  • Negotiating, goal setting, and project planning skills
  • Continuous improvement and proactive work attitude
  • Fluent in Business English, German a plus
  • Proficient in software applications (SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
